A contract between the customers and JSapphirah Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed, despatched and the goods have been accepted.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. We try to hold stock of all styles and sizes, whilst a product is in the range. However, occasionally, an item maybe out of stock. The stock status will also be displayed on your order confirmation.

All content including pictures, designs, logos, photographs, text written and other materials on this Website are owned, controlled, or licensed to JSapphirah Limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

DELIVERY DETAILS!!!

UK delivery:
We aim to deliver all items within 5 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. When this is not possible, we will email you or call you to discuss how we plan to fulfil your orders.

Rest of the world delivery:
We aim to deliver all items within 7 - 14 working days after we receive your order, stock permitting. When this is not possible, we will email you or call you to discuss how we plan to fulfil your orders.

Next day delivery:
This guarantees delivery of your order the next working day (providing your order is received by us before 10.30am) and this requires a signature on receipt.
